ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!Β
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may occur due to address errors. If an address needs to be corrected or changed after placing an order the customer will be responsible for issuing a package interception with the carrier service. If a package is marked delivered and verified by tracking but you have not received the package an inquiry with the shipping service will be filed.Β A replacement and/or refund will not be issued without proof of theft/loss. STORE PICKUP - Β [2452 Sutherland Ave.] Orders can be picked up daily during business hours. We are open Monday-Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.Β
