Community Runs

Join us Tuesday Nights at 6:00!

We offer an all paces, all experience levels run on Tuesday nights that is unlike any other social run in town. We meet at 6:00 and run together to Tom Black Track on the campus of the University of Tennessee. From there you are welcome to continue to run easy or do the track workout designed by our co-owner, 2:19 marathon runner Ethan. The workouts are adjustable to your pace and your comfort level. When everyone is done, we run back to The Long Run, where we relax on the patio with local draft beer specials for everyone over 21 and other refreshing drinks.

If the 2 mile warmup and 2 mile cooldown seem like too much, or you are unsure about running with the group, we still want to see you! Park at the University Commons parking garage and meet us at Tom Black Track. It’s less than one mile to the track. We will help guide your workout and you are still welcome to join us at The Long Run afterwards!
