Join us Tuesday Nights at 6:00 and thursday nights at 6:30!

We offer an all paces, all experience levels run on Tuesday nights that is unlike any other social run in town. We meet at 6:00 and run together to Tom Black Track on the campus of the University of Tennessee. From there you are welcome to continue to run easy or do the track workout designed by our co-owner, 2:19 marathon runner Ethan. The workouts are adjustable to your pace and your comfort level. When everyone is done, we run back to The Long Run, where we relax on the patio with a free local draft beer for everyone over 21.

We also offer an all paces “nobody gets dropped” track run on Thursday nights. We begin at 6:30 in front of Onward Physical Therapy in the University Commons shopping center (by Publix). From there we do a 1 mile warmup to Tom Black Track where nobody gets left behind. We go over track etiquette and do a workout designed by Ethan which is customizable for your pace and comfort level. After the workout, we run 0.5-1 mile back to the start for the cooldown.
